Al momento della prenotazione occorre leggere ed accettare le informazioni relative alla situazione Covid-19 che teniamo aggiornata sul nostro sito.
Da parte del cliente occorre rispettare le regole sanitarie di comportamento stabilite, dal Governo Italiano, Ministero della Salute, Regione Umbria.
Dato gli alti costi di sanificazione degli appartamenti, il soggiorno minimo è di 3 giorni nei periodi di bassa stagione; da 5 a 7 giorni negli altri periodi.
Il check-in viene gestito tramite un form da compilare e rinviare via email prima dell’arrivo.
Al momento dell’arrivo, verificata la rispondenza del form e documento identificativo, si accede direttamente al proprio appartamento.
Ogni appartamento ha un accesso indipendente ed un’area riservata nel giardino.
All’interno dell’appartamento, preventivamente sanificato (con Ozono o con nebulizzazione di Acido Peracetico e Perossido di Idrogeno), troverete per ogni persona, la biancheria da letto e da bagno chiusa in una busta.
Per la pulizia giornaliera dell’appartamento sono a disposizione una spugna sigillata e carta al posto di panni in microfibra.
Nell’area riservata in giardino ci sono un tavolo, seggiole e due sdraie per ogni appartamento.
Esiste anche una parte del giardino che rimane ad uso degli ospiti che alloggiano; occorre comunque sempre mantenere le distanze di sicurezza.
Per quanto riguarda la piscina, il livello di cloro viene mantenuto ai livelli massimi consentiti (1,5 ppm); per usare le sdraie in dotazione, occorre utilizzare un telo da bagno personale.
A pagamento, vengono offerti i seguenti servizi: Spesa presso supermercati Coop o Conad, Acquisto medicinali da banco o con prescrizione medica, supporto per smart-working.
Queste procedure precauzionali, sono soggette a variazioni in base alle linee guida della OMS relativamente alle strutture alberghiere e similari.

The
customer must comply with the health rules of conduct established by
the Italian Government, Ministry of Health, Umbria Region.
Given
the high sanitation costs of the apartments, the minimum stay is 3
days in the low season.
Check-in is managed through a form to be
filled in and sent back by email before arrival.
Upon arrival,
having checked the compliance of the form and identification
document, you directly access your apartment.
Each
apartment has an independent access and a reserved area in the
garden.
Inside the apartment, previously sanitized (with Ozone
or with atomization of Peracetic Acid and Hydrogen Peroxide), you
will find for each person, bed linen and towels closed in an
envelope.
For daily cleaning of the apartment, a sealed sponge
and paper are available instead of microfibre cloths.
In the
reserved area in the garden there are a table, chairs and two deck
chairs for each apartment.
There is also a part of the garden
which remains for the use of the guests staying; however, safety
distances must always be kept.
As for the swimming pool, the
chlorine level is maintained at the maximum permitted levels (1.5
ppm); to use the deckchairs provided, a personal bath towel must be
used.
For a fee, the following services are offered: Shopping at
Coop or Conad supermarkets, Purchase of medicines over the counter or
with a prescription, smart working support.
These precautionary procedures are subject to changes based on the WHO guidelines for hotels and similar establishments.
