Le prenotazioni possono essere sia telefoniche che online. Ci impegniamo a rispondere entro 24 ore dalla richiesta..

Dalle 15.000 alle 20.00.
In caso di arrivi in orario diverso da quanti indicato, si prega di comunicarlo in anticipo.

Politica di cancellazione

Le prenotazioni annullate saranno soggette a penali come di seguito riportato:

• sino a 31 giorni prima della data d’arrivo non verrà applicata alcuna penale;

• da 30 giorni prima della data d’arrivo sarà effettuato sulla carta di credito un prelievo pari al 30% dell’importo del soggiorno. Nel caso di prenotazione senza carta di credito verrà richiesto al momento della prenotazione una caparra confirmatoria del 30% sul costo dell’intero soggiorno prenotato;

• In caso di “no show” o di partenza anticipata sarà addebitata sulla carta di credito una penale pari al 100% dell’intero soggiorno prenotato.

Tassa di soggiorno

Euro 1,50/notte per le prime 3 notti. La tassa viene addebitata ad adulti e ragazzi che abbiano compiuto i 12 anni

Le persone allergiche e/o intolleranti alla lista degli allergeni UE, devono assolutamente comunicarcelo prima dell'arrivo. In quel caso, verrà detratta la colazione dal costo del soggiorno 2,50 Euro/persona/giorno. Offriamo comunque il servizio gratuito di accompagnare l cliente presso un supermercato dove, in completa autonomia e responsabilità, potrà acquistare i prodotti idonei per la sua alimentazione, pagando il relativo importo. Tali prodotti saranno utilizzati in completa autonomia dal cliente all'interno dell'appartamento che è fornito di cucina indipendente.

Utilizzo della piscina

• Esiste una piscina misura mt 13 x 5 con una profondità di mt. 1.45 senza la presenza di un bagnino.

• I minori possono utilizzarla solo sotto la supervisione dei genitori.

• La piscina può essere utilizzata durante gli orari di apertura rispettando le regole indicate all’ingresso.

• In caso di maltempo è vietato usare la piscina per il pericolo di fulmini.

• VI PREGHIAMO COMUNICARCI SE CI SONO PERSONE CHE NON SANNO NUOTARE.

• E’ possibile accedere alla piscina dalle 08,00 del mattino alle 20,00.

• E’ vietato tuffarsi e correre sul piano vasca.

• Si raccomanda di non bagnarsi a meno di tre ore dal consumo di un pasto.

• E’ vietato lo svolgimento di attività in apnea.

Questo servizio è destinato esclusivamente a chi possiede il proprio cavallo ed ha esperienza. Occorre prenotare con largo anticipo. Volume della televisione, impianti musicali e tono di voce

Si pregano i gentili ospiti di tenere la televisione, eventuali impianti musicali e tono di voce ad un volume che rispetti la quiete e l’armonia dell’ambiente, in particolar modo negli orari di riposo: dalle 14:00 alle 16:00 e dalle 23:00 alle 09:00. Non è possibile organizzare feste.

Persone esterne

E’ assolutamente vietato invitare ed ospitare persone esterne all’agriturismo. Non ci sono eccezioni. Le persone che accedono all’agriturismo ed ai relativi servizi devono essere registrati alla reception.

Pulizia finale e Riassetto appartamenti

La pulizia finale è compresa nel costo del soggiorno. E’ richiesto di lasciare pulito l’angolo cottura, stoviglie ecc. La mancata pulizia comporta un addebito fisso di Euro 50,00.

Il riassetto degli appartamenti giornaliero è un servizio disponibile a pagamento.

Lavatrice, asciugatrice sono servizi disponibili a pagamento.

I bagni sono dotati di set di cortesia ed asciugacapelli

Internet

È possibile connettersi a internet. Il Wi-Fi è gratuito e disponibile in tutte le parti dell’agriturismo.

Chiavi
Non sussistono particolari rischi, ma chiediamo di chiudere sempre a chiave gli appartamenti quando si esce.

Parcheggio

Il parcheggio non è custodito, non sussistono particolari rischi di furti,ma la presenza di bambini può costituire un pericolo richiediamo di chiudere sempre a chiave le autovetture.

• vi invitiamo ad adottare un comportamento rispettoso della quiete e del relax degli altri ospiti;

• l’ospite è tenuto al rispetto degli ambienti, delle attrezzature e degli arredi che si trovano nell’Agriturismo;

Reservations can be made either by telephone, by e-mail or online. In case of booking request made by e-mail, we are committed to reply within 24 hours of the request.

Check in:
From 14,000 to 20.00.
Please let us know in advance, If you need to check-in in a time range different from the one indicated.
In order to be compliant with the Italian law, it’s required to show a valid ID at the check-in.

Cancellation policy:
Canceled bookings will be subject to penalties as follows:
• up to 31 days before the date of arrival no penalty will be applied;
• from 30 days before the date of arrival will be made on the credit card a withdrawal equal to 30% of the amount of the stay. In case of reservation without a credit card, a 30% deposit on the total cost of the booked stay will be requested at the time of booking;
• In case of "no show" or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged to the credit card.

People allergic and / or intolerant to the list of EU allergens must notify us before arrival. In that case, breakfast will be deducted from the cost of the stay 2.50 Euro / person / day. However, we offer free of charge the service to accompany guests at a supermarket. In complete autonomy and responsibility, he can buy the products suitable for his supply, paying the related amount. These products will be used independently by the guest inside the apartment that is equipped with an independent kitchen.

Use of the swimming pool:
• There is a swimming pool measuring 13 x 5 meters with a depth of mt. 1.45 without the presence of a lifeguard.
• Underage can use the swimming pool only under parental supervision.

• The swimming pool can be used during opening hours respecting the rules indicated at the entrance.
• In case of bad weather it is forbidden to use the pool due to the risk of lightning.
• WE ASK YOU COMMUNICATE IF THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SWIM.
• It is possible to access the pool from 08.00 in the morning to 20.00.
• It is forbidden to dive and run on the poolside.
• It is recommended not to get into the pool before three hours after eating a meal.

• It is forbidden to carry out apnea activities.

Horse vacation

Television volume, musical installations and tone of voice
We kindly ask our guests to keep the television, any musical installations and tone of voice at a volume that respects the peace and harmony of the environment. Especially during the rest hours: from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 11:00 pm to 09:00 am. It is not allowed to organise parties.

External people
It is absolutely forbidden to invite and host people which are not registered guests. There are no exceptions. People who access the farm and related services must be registered at the reception.

Final cleaning and tidying up apartments
The final cleaning is included in the cost of the stay. It is required to leave the cooking area, dishes, etc. clean. Failure to clean up will result in a fixed charge of € 50.00.
Daily apartment tidying is a service available for a fee.
Washer and dryer are services available for a fee.
Bathrooms come with toiletries and a hairdryer

Internet
You can connect to the internet. Wi-Fi is free and it is available in the apartments and all the common areas.

Keys
There are no particular risks, but we ask that you always lock the apartments when you leave.

Parking area

The parking lot is not guarded, there are no particular risks of theft, but the presence of children can constitute a danger we require to always lock the cars.

For the respect of all:

• we invite you to adopt a behavior that respects the quiet and relax of other guests;

• the guest is obliged to respect the environments, equipment and furnishings found in the farm;

• it is forbidden to smoke inside the apartments

• it is forbidden to use in the apartments appliances for extra heating and open flames.

• Please be respectful of the environment and minimize waste.
