High season for the daily prices: Easter, April 25th, May 1st, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. In the summer period (from June 23th to September 1th) the apartments are rent on the weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

In the prise are included: heating; water and electric energy consumption; linen for the bed and for the bathroom (except for the towels for the swimming-pool); use of the swimming-pool; final cleaning of the apartment (cleaning cooking corner a under the responsibility of the client)
