Agricola Nizzi has an
extension of 64 hectares, at the green core of Umbria. The press
belonging to the farm is located at the feet of the Mount Subasio. The
farm, based on family management, has been producing extra virgin olive
oil for generations.
Once olives were carried to the press on carts and then broken up by
grinders.
Nowadays, in 2000, tradition and technology, present and past, are
joined together thanks to the use of modern techniques of extraction.
The result is an oil endowed with a genuine taste, full of history and
culture.
